Since 2004

More Than Two Decades of Work in El Paso

Westex has been family-owned since 2004. Over the years, the work has expanded beyond everyday collision repair to include commercial vehicles, classic restoration, custom projects and exotic and specialty vehicles.

The type of vehicle may change, but the shop is still built around the same thing: understanding the work in front of us and completing the repair with attention to the body, structure and finish.

Independent & Local

An Independent El Paso Collision Shop

Westex is not part of a national collision-repair chain. We are a local, family-owned shop and work with all insurance companies.

Being independent means customers can choose Westex directly whether they are paying out of pocket or repairing a vehicle through an insurance claim. When insurance is involved, we document the repair needs and communicate with the adjuster while the insurance company remains responsible for coverage and claim decisions.

Inside Westex

A Shop Built for the Work We Take On

Westex operates from an approximately 11,000-square-foot enclosed yard and shop on Alameda Avenue, with two structures, a dedicated paint booth and the equipment needed for body, structural and refinishing work.

The space supports the variety of vehicles you see throughout the Westex portfolio—from passenger cars and pickups to commercial vehicles and long-term specialty projects.

The People Behind the Work

A Local Shop, Not a Corporate Service Counter

The people inspecting, repairing, preparing and refinishing vehicles work here in El Paso. Westex combines collision-repair experience with bodywork, paint, restoration and specialty-project experience inside the same local operation.

When you contact the shop, you're dealing with the business that is actually responsible for the repair—not a national call center.

The Work Tells the Story

From Daily Drivers to One-of-a-Kind Projects

The vehicles are different. The common thread is the work happening inside the same El Paso shop.
